Our Process
Pre-Construction
Before construction can begin, all proper documentation must be complete and approved.

- Plot plan.

Once all this is complete, we can then get a survey and apply for a building permit from the city.

Step 1 : foundation
- The site is leveled and graded.
- The forms for the foundation are then set in according to the approved plot plan.
- The plumbing, vapor barrier, and rebar are installed next.
- After inspection, the foundation is poured.
- Sheetrock tape bed completed
- Texture added
- Kitchen cabinets installed
Step 5 : Sheetrock, texture, and cabinets
Step 7: Tile and Countertops
- All bath and floor tile installed
- Countertops installed

step 8: Landscaping and remaining flooring
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical completed
- Wood floors installed
- Carpet installed
- Driveway and walkway poured
- Irrigation, fencing, landscaping, and sod installed

- Kitchen cabinets installed
Step 9: Certificate of occupancy
- Floor trimming
- Cabinet trimming
- Stair part trimming
- Interior door trimming
- Interior painting

Once Appliances are installed, and the final clean up is done, your home is complete and you are ready for your new home orientation!

- Mechanical work inspection
- Framing inspection
- Insulation
- Exterior finishing
Step 2 : Framing, windows, & roof
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Audio/security wiring
Step 3 : Trades
- Interior and exterior walls, ceiling joist, exterior sheathing, roof rafters, and synthetic felt are all framed and installed.
- The house is then “dried in” once windows, exterior doors, and shingles are all installed.
